The Hollow is a statement on the state of education here in thePhilippines. With the current public school system both the teachersand students are becoming Hollows. Teachers get a degree & teach inpublic schools, but don't get any trainings to further their knowledge.Students on the other hand get obsolete education from the teachers. Ontop of these are textbooks that contain old and erroneous information.It is neither ones fault, it is the government's.This substandardimplementation of education is one of the biggest problems in ourcountry today. The education department should invest in teachertrainings, better educational materials and facilities. It shouldhappen now...
